Skills and Qualifications

1. Completed education in Landscape Design or Landscape Architecture (HBO or academic level)
2. Excellent command of Dutch and English (spoken and written)
3. 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience
4. Experience in project coordination and stakeholder management
5. Ability to independently execute and design projects
6. Skilled in AutoCAD/BricsCAD, Rhino3D, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
7. Entrepreneurial, proactive, and strong communicator

Experience5–7 years relevant work experience.
SalaryIn accordance with the Collective Labor Agreement for Architectural Firms (Exact salary NA)

Job Description

As a Project Leader at OKRA, you will be responsible for both the substantive and process-oriented aspects of multiple landscape design projects. You will work closely with a partner or associate to set and achieve project goals. Responsibilities include managing internal teams, maintaining client and stakeholder communications, overseeing project deliverables, ensuring design quality aligned with OKRA’s vision, and contributing to knowledge development through design research. You will also lead the creative process of making the firm’s vision tangible.
