Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Experience6-8 years of relevant experience, especially in higher education and cultural projects. Strong design computation skills, including 3D modeling and presentation packaging. Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, Affinity Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, Enscape, and Lumion. Excellent communication, graphic presentation, and multitasking skills. Ability to develop, present, and communicate design concepts effectively. Self-motivated and eager to develop design skills.
Salary$76,000 - $80,000 annually

Job Description

Assist in Master Planning, Site Planning, and Building Design through 3D modeling and design computation.
Prepare renderings, project layouts, design presentations, and construction documents.
Collaborate on client presentations and project development in Revit, Rhino, and other 3D modeling software.
Assist in Construction Administration activities, including detailing and documentation.
Work closely with senior designers and principals to advance architectural concepts.
