Educational qualification: B. Plan / Post graduation in Planning (Urban/ City /Town planning/ Regional planning/ Transport planning/ Infrastructure planning/ Environmental planning), or MA / MSc. in Geography, Economics, Statistics, and GIS.
Required Skills: Conduct of field surveys, Data collection and tabulation, Technical and Analytical skills, MS Excel, Preparation of GIS maps.
Desirable competence: Writing, Reading and Speaking in Tamil.

ExperienceFor candidates with B. Plan: A minimum of two years post-qualification experience in the field of Planning, Socio-Economic Survey, Data collection and Collation, Data Analysis, Report writing. For candidates with post-graduation in Planning and other subjects as indicated: A minimum of one year post-qualification experience in the field of Planning, Socio-Economic Survey, Data collection and Collation, Data Analysis, Report writing.
