Expertise in public realm conceptualization and design, Urban Design for Alternatives Analysis, design guidelines for open space, building form, massing plans and urban design concepts 4. Expertise in Land pooling tools and TDR, DCRs w.r.t. density and land use, Affordable housing, product mix analysis, Real estate and land market, Project financing
SalaryResearch Associate ₹37500 per month and for Research Assistants ₹32500 per month (Consolidated)
