Experience in preparation of Master plans and layout plans.
Overall experience of project management in terms of client management, sub cons management and monitoring, report writing, presentation skills,
Visualization ability, decision making ability and resource optimization.
Domain knowledge on urban planning and industrial planning, working knowledge of GIS, MSP, report writing, proficient in preparing presentation slides, etc.
Earlier experience in area development, working with govt clients and handling projects as a key team member will be advantage.
Able to handle a team.
The position involves travel to project location, client office, etc.
