Job Description

The Urban Planner will work under the Built Environment Unit, focusing on projects that increase the health and well-being of Harris County residents. The role involves managing projects, conducting qualitative and geo-spatial analysis, and engaging stakeholders and the community. As part of the Infrastructure Resilience Team (IRT), the planner will also contribute to Harris County’s Flood Resilience Plan, collaborating with multiple agencies to promote smart, science-based solutions for infrastructure resilience.
