1. Knowledge of project structuring and modelling and procurement of large infrastructure projects under PPP/EPC mode of delivery,
2. Sound knowledge of Planning Act, associated regulations & legislations (URDPFI guidelines etc),
3. Knowledge of Infrastructure financing, understanding of financial planning, multilateral funding and capital/debt market,
4. Ability to contribute to knowledge management systems and procedures, • Skills in organizing resources and establishing priorities,
5. Analytical reasoning and decision-making ability highly developed research analytical report writing and communication skills,
6. Ability to foster collaborative work environment in a multi-cultural and multi-ethnic environment,
7. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with wide range of constituents in a diverse community,
8. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing,
9. Adequate knowledge of Computers & IT Tools in Planning, Design, Execution & Monitoring of Infrastructure Projects,
10. Knowledge and hands on experience in software tools like AutoCAD, Microsoft, GIS, Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, InDesign etc,
11. Proficiency in handling various Project monitoring portals etc.
