• 15 years in capacity building, community mobilization, socio-economic upliftment, or gender equality interventions
• 5 years in tourism sector with grassroots initiatives
• Himalayan region experience
• Externally Aided Projects experience

4. Marketing Expert
• Master’s in Management / Tourism
• 15 years in tourism/events management
• 5 years in consulting or strategic marketing initiatives

5. Investment Promotion Expert
• Master’s in Management / Economics
