For BIM Coordinator / Manager
• B.Arch or BE Civil
• Strong expertise in Revit (Architecture, Structure, basic MEPF)
• Knowledge of ACC and team coordination
• Ability to manage teams of 4 to 6 members
• Understanding of multi-disciplinary drawings (ASMEPF)
• Experience working with LOD 200 to 500

For BIM Architect
• B.Arch or BE Civil
• Proficiency in Revit (Architecture and Structure)
• Understanding of design to construction workflows
• Basic knowledge of MEPF systems
• Experience in mid to large scale projects

For BIM Engineer (MEP)
• Specialization in MEPF modelling
• Strong expertise in Revit for MEPF systems
• Knowledge of HVAC and piping systems
• Understanding of LOD 200 to 500
• Coordination skills for senior roles
• Strong drawing interpretation ability

Experience

• BIM Coordinator / Manager: 6 to 10 years
• BIM Architect: 2 to 5 years
• BIM Engineer (MEP): 2 to 5+ years

• Participate in coordination meetings and project reviews
• Support project delivery from design development to execution
