Job Description

• Work on advanced facility projects including pharma, FMCG, and microelectronics sectors
• Develop architectural designs from concept to execution using BIM tools
• Translate design briefs, sketches, and inputs into detailed BIM models and drawings
• Understand and apply GMP requirements, safety standards, and facility planning principles
• Develop architectural visualizations including renders and walkthroughs
• Participate in BIM coordination, clash detection, and model reviews
• Lead or support coordination meetings during project phases
• Develop Revit templates, parametric families, and documentation systems
• Extract drawings and BOQs from BIM models with accuracy
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver project outcomes
