• Proven post-graduate experience in town planning teams.
• Sound knowledge of UK Planning policy and legislation.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Commercial awareness and client-focused approach.
• Membership (or eligibility) of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI).
