Skills and Qualifications

1. Advanced university degree (master's or equivalent) in engineering, sciences, economics, business administration, international relations, or relevant disciplines with specialization in energy engineering or urban planning.
2. At least five years of professional experience in technical cooperation project management or portfolio management, including exposure at the international level.
3. Experience with Global Environment Facility, Green Climate Fund, and Adaptation Fund is required.

Job Description

1. Assist in project proposal evaluation and monitor program execution, focusing on sustainable cities and low-carbon transitions.
2. Work closely with project personnel, technical and administrative units, and national stakeholders to develop project strategies and monitor progress.
3. Ensure project execution aligns with regional and sectoral priorities, engage with government officials, and support investment frameworks for low-carbon solution
