Job Description
• Participate in all phases of large-scale urban design projects
• Conduct project due diligence and map site opportunities and constraints
• Develop conceptual frameworks for open space, circulation and land use
• Produce urban design documents, graphics, reports, standards and guidelines
• Develop site-planning strategies covering land use, blocks, open space, buildings, streets and placemaking
• Support client presentations, proposals, workplans and schedules
• Integrate sustainable design with multidisciplinary teams
• Lead assigned team tasks and mentor less experienced staff
• Participate in QA/QC and project delivery
