• Experience in preparation of Master plans and layout plans.
• Overall experience of project management in terms of client management, sub cons management and monitoring, report writing, presentation skills,
• Visualization ability, decision making ability and resource optimization.
• Domain knowledge on urban planning and industrial planning, working knowledge of GIS, MSP, report writing, proficient in preparing presentation slides, etc.
• Earlier experience in area development, working with govt clients and handling projects as a key team member will be advantage.
• Able to handle a team.
• The position involves travel to project location, client office, etc.
