Skills and Qualifications

Candidate should be eligible for full membership in the British Columbia Institute of Planners and/or Canadian Institute of Planners;
Master’s Degree in Planning or related discipline will be an asset;

Experience

10+ years of experience in Planning or related discipline;
Previous experience in a policy planning, land development, urban design and municipal planning approvals in British Columbia will be beneficial;

SalaryAs per industry standards

WSP is currently seeking an enthusiastic, business minded intermediate/senior Urban Planner to join our growing Kelowna Studio (Landscape Architecture + Urban Design Planning, Transportation & Infrastructure). You will be part of a wide interdisciplinary team, engaged on a variety of both public and private sector projects across Western Canada. With western studios in Victoria, Vancouver, Edmonton, and Calgary you will have the opportunity to work on a wide diversity of project types, clients, and professional staff. From small Interior, Island and Northern municipalities to the Lower Mainland, we provide.
