Skills and Qualifications

Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in Water Services or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in urban water and sanitation services, environmental project management, or similar fields in Ukraine.
Strong experience in monitoring, reporting, and evaluating capacity-related development projects.
Desirable: Experience in digital facilitation of knowledge exchanges, drafting reports, and working with Communities of Practice (CoPs).
Fluency in spoken and written English and Ukrainian is required.

ExperienceMinimum of 5 years in water utilities and capacity development projects.
SalaryAs per industry norms.

Organisation Details

UN-Habitat is the United Nations agency focused on promoting sustainable towns and cities. The Knowledge Management and Community of Practice Consultant will support the coordination of Water Operators’ Partnerships (WOP) projects in Ukraine, with a focus on knowledge management and moderating the Ukrainian utilities’ group within the global GWOPA Community of Practice.

Job Description

The consultant will coordinate three WOP projects in Ukraine, focusing on knowledge management, facilitating workshops, and moderating the Ukrainian online Community of Practice. The role involves liaising with various stakeholders, supporting project implementation, and developing case studies on water recovery efforts.
