Skills and Qualifications

• Degree in Transport Planning, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Ability to develop consultation materials and stakeholder engagement strategies
• Knowledge of GIS tools is an advantage
• Proficiency in Excel including Pivot and Lookup functions
• Strong communication and report writing skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Experience

• Experience in transport planning or urban mobility projects
• Experience managing or supporting public realm or infrastructure projects
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and consultation processes
• Experience working within local government or public sector is desirable

Salary£40,404 to £45,852 per annum

Job Description

• Manage and support delivery of Liveable Neighbourhood transport projects
• Coordinate consultation processes and stakeholder engagement activities
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and reports
• Support implementation of healthy streets and traffic management schemes
• Analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations
• Collaborate with engineers, planners, and elected officials
• Contribute to policy development and programme delivery
• Ensure alignment with climate and sustainability goals
