Job Description

As Assistant Manager – Architect Urban Designer, you will:
• Assist in conceptual development proposals (land use & infrastructure)
• Analyze project areas using primary and secondary data
• Support design documentation, presentations, and reports for senior management
• Conduct field visits and spatial surveys of land and buildings
• Draft planning proposals and ensure compliance with local regulations
• Create detailed CAD drawings, visualizations, and technical reports
• Convert conceptual ideas into presentation-ready design documents
• Coordinate across teams to align proposals with statutory and design goals
