• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience

• Minimum 5 years in smart city design, digital urban planning, or related roles
• Experience in consulting, government, real estate, or technology sectors preferred
• Familiarity with international smart city frameworks and standards

Job Description

• Develop smart city strategies, frameworks, and concept masterplans
• Design integrated digital infrastructure including IoT, connectivity, and data platforms
• Define smart city use cases across mobility, energy, public services, and environment
• Prepare design guidelines, standards, and reference architectures
• Translate stakeholder needs into implementable smart city solutions
• Develop implementation roadmaps, phasing strategies, and investment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including planners, engineers, and technologists
• Support stakeholder engagement, workshops, and co-creation processes
• Contribute to proposals, bids, and strategic advisory deliverables
