Familiarity with vector and raster creative applications such as Illustrator or Sketch. Interest in or experience with multi zoom map design and data curation. |

Job Description
The Cartography team at Apple Maps focuses on defining the display and ensuring an excellent user experience across geographies and cultures. In this highly collaborative role, you learn and develop innovative approaches and solutions to cartographic problems while working along side world class data engineers, software developers, and designers, helping to make the Apple Maps experience intuitive, recognizable, elegant, and delightful for our users.
We are looking for a creative Cartographer intern to help us meld the future of Apple Maps. As our team member, you will focus on crafting and implementing engineering solutions that enable the cartographic styling of the map while working in unison with the latest rendering techniques.
