• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the partnership building, programme management, or other relevant areas is required.
• Working experience in coordinating with emerging donors, as well as the knowledge of their priorities, process and standards is highly desired.
• Working experience in the south-south and triangular cooperation programme is an asset.
• Working experience in UN or other international organizations, of which more than three years in the field is a strong asset.
• Working experience in forging partnerships with public and private sector actors, and academic institutions will be an asset.
