Skills and Qualifications

Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or Development related discipline with exposure to the energy sector; fluency in English and Hindi; strong research and analytical skills; knowledge of state-level power sector policies, tariffs, regulations, planning processes, and governmental functioning; working knowledge of tools and approaches related to renewable energy sector and power sector planning processes.

ExperienceAt least 7-10 years of relevant experience in energy sector/power sector with prior experience in stakeholder engagement.
SalaryAs per industry norms.

Job Description

The Manager (Energy) will lead engagements with key state energy agencies, attend various discussions, conduct consultations, lead capacity-building efforts, engage in research and policy analysis, support team in data collection and analysis, track and monitor tariff petitions, participate in research projects, and perform other tasks as assigned by the Energy lead.
