Job Description
As a Senior Urban Designer/Planner at SOM Dubai, you will:
• Lead master planning, design, and research strategies for high-profile global projects
• Oversee design quality, project deliverables, and team mentorship
• Coordinate across disciplines and support business development initiatives
• Create planning frameworks, design codes, public realm strategies, and strategic urban policy documents
• Deliver presentations to clients, governments, and communities
• Engage in recruitment, training, and office-wide knowledge development
• Foster design innovation with sustainability, resilience, and equity as guiding principles
