Experience

Salary• $120,000 – $150,000 USD per year

Job Description

• Lead and grow planning and urban design practice regionally and nationally
• Identify and secure new projects through business development and client networking
• Represent the firm in industry events, speaking engagements, and client meetings
• Lead planning and urban design project teams across multiple disciplines
• Develop planning strategies, narratives, and technical deliverables
• Contribute to projects focused on sustainability, equity, and resilience
• Coordinate with internal teams ensuring QA QC and project standards com
