• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Familiarity with development institutions and international policy frameworks

Experience

• Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in sustainable development or climate change
• International experience across multiple countries preferred
• Experience working with development banks or international organizations desirable
• Experience in project management, policy dialogue, and team leadership

Job Description

• Support development of climate change strategies and sustainable development policies
• Engage with governments and agencies for policy dialogue and partnerships
• Conduct analysis of climate policies including NDCs, adaptation plans, and low-carbon strategies
• Develop technical reports, climate risk assessments, and strategic documents
• Lead and coordinate technical assistance programs
• Support mobilization of climate finance and funding proposals
• Contribute to project development including loans, grants, and technical assistance
• Monitor and report climate targets and outcomes
• Represent ADB in meetings, workshops, and international forums
• Manage teams and provide leadership and performance guidance
