Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Urban Design or related field
• Strong expertise in master planning, urban design, and placemaking
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and MS Office
• Working knowledge of GIS, Revit, Rhino, or Grasshopper (desirable)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to prepare design briefs, zoning codes, and planning documents
• Knowledge of international planning standards and regulations
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities

Experience

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in urban design
• Proven experience leading complex master planning projects
• Experience in feasibility studies, concept design, and detailed master planning
• Exposure to international or Middle East projects preferred

Job Description

• Lead urban design and master planning projects from concept to completion
• Develop innovative planning strategies addressing urban challenges
• Conduct site analysis, research, and feasibility studies
• Prepare design proposals, reports, and presentations
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary consultants
• Develop zoning regulations, design briefs, and planning guidelines
• Mentor junior designers and lead design teams
• Ensure compliance with planning standards, codes, and regulations
• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery
• Participate in client meetings and site visits
