• Degree in Planning or related field
• Corporate membership of Irish Planning Institute or Chartered Member of RTPI
• Strong understanding of planning legislation, policy, and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent report writing, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage complex planning projects and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Experience

• Extensive experience in leading planning consents for major infrastructure projects
• Experience in energy, transport, or rail sectors preferred
• Direct Republic of Ireland planning experience required
• Proven experience working within multidisciplinary teams
• Experience in tendering and business development processes
