Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience (teaching/part-time/internship not counted).
Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Ability to coordinate with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams

Experience

Urban Planner
• Master’s degree in Urban Planning.
• Experience in statutory plans (DCRs), master/urban planning, townships, tourism projects, land use and infrastructure planning, etc.
• Familiarity with government policies and acts related to urban development.
• Proficiency in ArcGIS, AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.
• Experience in hilly terrain projects is advantageous.

Infrastructure Specialist
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and Master’s degree in Environmental/Structural or equivalent.
• Experience in planning, designing, DPRs, and coordinating physical infrastructure projects (roads, water supply, sewerage, drainage, power, ICT, etc.).
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Experience in hilly terrain projects is advantageous.

Legal Expert
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent.
• Experience in legal advisory for PPP projects, real estate, township development, and related fields.

SalaryMonthly remuneration ranging from INR 1,25,000 to INR 2,90,000

Andaman and Nicobar Islands Integrated Development Corporation Limited (ANIIDCO) is responsible for various developmental projects in the islands, working under the guidance of the Government of India. Consultants are engaged on a fixed-term basis to provide specialized expertise, with an initial contract of three years (extendable up to five years based on performance and requirement).
