• Studies in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Knowledge of CAD and ArcGIS essential
• Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
• Full professional competence in Spanish and C1 English
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Master’s in planning, urban planning, urban processing or territorial organisation desirable
• Advanced GIS and CAD, Rhino and Grasshopper desirable

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in relevant urban design and planning functions
• Previous experience in Spanish urban planning, planning processing and land development

Job Description

• Participate in urban planning and masterplanning projects
• Develop urban development proposals and planning instruments
• Support urbanisation projects and urban feasibility analysis
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, planners, environmentalists, sociologists, economists and lawyers
• Support communication with clients
• Integrate sustainability and innovation into development proposals
