Job Description
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on project solutions
• Coordinate documentation with structural, MEP, lighting, AV, acoustical, accessibility, envelope and life-safety consultants
• Resolve technical and design issues
• Support drawings, specifications and construction administration
• Process submittals and RFIs
• Coordinate with permitting and building officials
• Maintain client, vendor, contractor and consultant coordination
• Contribute to proposals, contracts, QA/QC and project financial performance
