Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Building Engineering or related field
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, BIM 360, Presto, S10, Cost-It
• Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera P6, Navisworks
• Strong understanding of BIM-based Quantity Take-Off (QTO)
• Knowledge of AACE, PMI, and PMBOK methodologies
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Intermediate proficiency in English

Experience

• Minimum 6 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost engineering
• Experience in BIM-based quantity extraction and coordination
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects such as rail, airports, hospitals, or urban development
• Experience managing budgets, S-curves, and cash flows
• Experience coordinating or supervising technical teams is preferred

Job Description

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and monitor financial performance across project phases
• Coordinate BIM-based quantity extraction and Bills of Quantities preparation
• Analyze unit prices and construction costs for complex projects
• Collaborate with cost and design teams to develop project specifications
• Interface with suppliers to obtain quotations for materials and services
• Develop and maintain construction cost databases
• Analyze project financial metrics including S-curves, cash flow, SPI and CPI
• Prepare CAPEX and support cost planning processes
• Ensure coordination across multidisciplinary teams
