Skills and Qualifications

• Enrolled in or recently graduated (within 3 years) from Architecture or Urban Planning programs
• Strong research, analytical, and report writing skills
• Knowledge of GIS software (ESRI or similar) is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite
• Familiarity with Adobe tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Interest in gender-sensitive and climate-resilient urban planning

Experience

• Internship or academic experience in urban planning or design preferred
• Experience in research, competitions, or publications is an advantage

Job Description

• Conduct desk research on urban planning, gender inclusion, and climate resilience
• Support field surveys and data collection in municipalities
• Prepare maps, charts, and analytical reports
• Assist in documentation of best practices and project outputs
• Support stakeholder consultations and participatory workshops
• Contribute to preparation of urban profiles and publications
• Assist in knowledge management and project communication
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and support project delivery
